A Reminder Application With C#

i'm programming a reminder application with VS2008 (C#) i'm using access
database i have some customers,every costumer has a MACHINE & every
machine may has 1 to 6 FILTER(a part of that machine) so , every filter
has a diffrent expire date i want make reminder for replacement of filters
for example: a new customer created at date 10/10/2013 the machine of that
customer has 3 filter filter 1 expire in 3 months , filter 2 in 5 months ,
filter 3 ,12 months then i want when a filter expiration date , a form
popup
how can i do it?
