positioning div relative to div with variable height below

I'm pretty new to coding - here's my first project.

I have the content box bottom right fixed to the point so it remains 60px
from the bottom of the window and is always 50% of the screen width. This
works fine. I have the title in a div (darker green background) and want
this to remain above the other box with a 5px gap. As screen size changes
the height of the content box changes, so how can I get the title to
remain 5px above it as designed? I currently have them both in a wrapping
content div but can't get the positioning of the title div correct.
